This is a luxurious holiday rental Villa located in the beautiful central Algarve region of Portugal, just 4 miles along the coast, west of the holiday resort of Albufeira.

Our villa offers very flexible accommodation for groups of up to 11 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms.

The south facing garden offers a private pool with Roman steps set within a walled private garden to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay with daily bird song to accompany your time by the pool. At the rear of the garden is the BBQ along with a Portuguese bread oven for those chefs that want to make Pizza or Bread/Cakes. 
 
 We have spent many hours and thousands of euros making this a perfect villa in every way possible for your family holiday. 

The centre piece of the villa is the massive 700 sq foot lounge with the Budweiser bar at one end and a TV area at the other with UK TV, DVD and Radio with plenty of sofas in between
     
The villa it has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.  It sleeps 11 guests in total comfort.

The villa is fully air conditioned with heat pumps in the main lounge area, and the bedrooms.  This makes the Villa ideal for summer or winter breaks.

 The main lounge leads out via the patio doors on to large covered terrace that looks out on to the gardens.  Here you will find the main dinning aera with 2 large tables to seat 12 guests. The garden has great countryside views and is very private. 
  
Due to the small steps on the ground floor along with 2 x twin bedrooms downstairs makes it ideal for less able bodied guests to stay Upstairs the master bedroom has a balcony over looking the rear garden accessed via the large patio doors and also has a large private sun bathing balcony to the front of the villa. The other upper front bedroom also has it's own balcony accessed from the bedroom. The family bedroom has a double and single bed, all the bedroom have en-suite facilities.

Villa Fatima is in a fantastic location with 2 supermarkets and many restaurants within a few minutes walk.  A 20 minute walk to the beach, being located on a small lane in a semi rural location gives you opportunity to get away from the rat race for a week or 2.

In the last 20 years we have been very successful in letting the villa, July and August weeks can be fully booked a year in advance and many of our guests are regular visitors to the villa.
